Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Manager who will
be responsible for onboarding and retaining customers while
supporting professional development for teachers.
Key Responsibilities
Onboards new customers and builds customer success plans
Conducts back to school and mid-year review meetings
Provides support to Territory Managers for customer renewal and
expansion
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
3+ years of closing experience preferred
CTE 6-12 preferred
Thorough understanding of product, industry, and services provided
to clients
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
