Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Specialist to manage B2B
collections and establish a new collections department.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee delinquent customer accounts and implement collection
strategies
Engage in negotiations with customers to establish repayment plans
and resolve issues
Maintain accurate records of collection activities and generate
performance reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in B2B collections with a proven track
record
Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and collections best
practices
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in collections software and Microsoft Office Suite
