Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Solution
Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers as a solution consultant, leading pre-sales
and onboarding processes
Develop and execute the solution engineering strategy to enhance
customer engagement and support product evolution
Build and lead a high-performing Solution Engineering team,
promoting cross-functional collaboration
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years in Solution Engineering or related fields, with
at least 5 years in a leadership role within a SaaS environment
Proven hands-on experience in customer engagement and delivering
technical presentations
Strong track record of building and leading high-performing
teams
Experience in a multi-product SaaS environment, preferably B2B
Background in technical architecture and cloud-based SaaS solutions
is a plus
