Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. Engineer, Process Improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end process assessments to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and standardization
Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to analyze and optimize workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to eliminate waste and reduce operational costs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Business Administration, Business, Engineering, or Computer Science)
6-8 years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification required
Expertise in process mapping and root cause analysis
Experience with automation and process improvement tools is a plus
