Job Description:
A company is looking for a NOC Support Engineer to join their
global team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve assigned incident tickets
Support Major Incident Management and fault resolution
Provide training and ongoing support to global FinTech analysts
Required Qualifications
5+ years experience in a network operations environment supporting
a low latency global IP network
5+ years experience supporting global managed hosting/server
environments
Direct experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco, Juniper,
and Arista routers and switches
CCNP and JNCIA certifications
Flexibility around working hours in support of business
requirements
