Job Description:

A company is looking for a Junior Marketplace Account Manager (m/f/d) - Remote.
Key Responsibilities

Advise prospects and customers on SaaS and Cloud tools available via the Marketplace
Lead end-to-end Marketplace renewal efforts to protect and expand revenue
Track and analyze Marketplace customer performance to recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles within the SaaS industry
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, Engineering, or a related field
Persistent, creative, and reliable with the motivation to drive multiple projects
Self-motivated team player with innovative ideas for customer value enhancement
Comfortable working remotely and based in Germany or Spain
