Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Product Officer,
Distribution.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and executes product strategies and roadmaps for digital
capabilities
Translates business strategies into product strategies to support
overall objectives
Manages the product backlog and provides guidance to product owners
across teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years of
experience in business, engineering, technology, or consulting
Master's degree preferred
At least 5 years of experience managing product management
teams
In-depth knowledge of business strategy for the Distribution
function in a commercial insurance context
Strong leadership and collaboration skills across diverse teams and
stakeholders
