Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pricing and Analytics Vice
President.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute enterprise-wide pricing strategies to maximize
profitability and market competitiveness
Provide executive leadership and direction to the Pricing and
Analytics team, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to
inform strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or
a related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in pricing strategy or
estimating leadership roles
At least 7 years of experience managing estimation teams
Extensive expertise in pricing strategy, financial analytics, and
market intelligence
Deep knowledge of HVAC, Refrigeration, and Energy Management
systems and their financial impact preferred
