A company is looking for a Vice President, Retail Customer
Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities
Define service excellence and set strategy to enhance member and
provider experiences
Drive operational support for various Medicare and Medicaid
services while optimizing resources
Transform customer call center experiences and coordinate vendor
partnerships for best practices
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience leading large-scale service operations,
particularly in contact centers
Proven track record in developing and executing customer service
excellence strategies
Experience in a large, matrixed organization with strong influence
skills
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced business degree
preferred
Extensive vendor management experience and a commitment to team
development
