A company is looking for a Manager of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
Hire, train, and manage a high-performing Business Development
Representative (BDR) team
Develop strategic plans and oversee outreach efforts to identify
and qualify leads
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a seamless transition of
qualified leads and provide actionable insights
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales pipeline growth through outbound
and inbound lead generation
1-2 years of experience in a management or team lead capacity
Experience in applying targeted outbound strategies to generate
leads
Strong interest in technology and knowledge of data and
software
Desire to progress to a quota-carrying direct sales or sales
leadership role
