Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities

Drive the strategy, execution, and operations of outbound business development efforts
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of BDRs to foster a culture of success
Refine prospecting processes and enhance sales tools to maximize team performance

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience managing high-performing SDR/BDR teams
Proven ability to take ownership of team success and lead by example
Comfortable with sales engagement platforms, data tools, and Salesforce
Expertise in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach
Ability to move with urgency while improving processes and efficiency
