Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Manager who
specializes in designing, implementing, and optimizing
behavior-based campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation and management of behavior-based campaigns in
Gainsight focused on customer engagement and retention
Utilize Gainsight's features to set up, monitor, and optimize
campaigns while collaborating with other teams
Leverage data analytics to measure campaign performance and derive
actionable insights for improvement
Required Qualifications
Extensive hands-on experience with the Gainsight platform and
customer success workflows
Proven experience in creating and optimizing behavior-driven
campaigns
Strong proficiency in data analytics and experience with data
analysis tools
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple initiatives simultaneously
Technical proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems; basic
understanding of SQL is a plus
