Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Business Development to
lead a team of Business Development Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily coaching and professional development to the team,
including 1:1 meetings and call coaching
Recruit and onboard new Business Development Representatives to
grow the team
Analyze performance data and track weekly goals to meet monthly
quota targets
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a sales role and 1+ years in sales
management
Experience managing a team of 8 or more employees, including hiring
and training
Prior experience in coaching team members and managing
performance
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Passion for sales and the company's mission
