A company is looking for a Director of Market Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the 24x7 Operations team for client
participation in wholesale electricity markets
Develop and implement operations plans and training programs to
maintain high operational standards
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and provide subject
matter expertise for strategic planning
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or related field
8+ years of experience in the North American electric power
sector
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for
grid operations
Minimum of 3 years in a grid operations or technical support
role
Minimum of 5 years in a people management role
