Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Life Services to lead a team
of Customer Service Representatives and enhance customer service
delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations and continuously improve business
processes and service standards
Provide hands-on support and guidance to team members, handling
escalated situations
Develop metrics and performance expectations while promoting
accountability and recognition within the team
Required Qualifications
College degree strongly preferred
5-7 years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 2
years in a leadership role
Strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service
Ability to drive positive change and foster a collaborative team
environment
Demonstrated understanding of daily production tasks and
processes
