Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Payor Contracting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance payor relationships and negotiate favorable
reimbursement agreements
Analyze complex data sets for rate modeling and contract
negotiations
Collaborate with internal teams and manage the end-to-end
negotiation process
Required Qualifications
Minimum BA/BS in Business Administration, Healthcare
Administration, or related degree
At least five years of experience negotiating payor and/or provider
agreements
Knowledge of managed care regulations, preferably in behavioral
health
Experience with alternative payment models, such as Value Based
Programs
Ability to work remotely and travel as needed
