Job Description:
A company is looking for a Managing Director to join their
Project and Development Services team on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery within budget
and quality standards
Collaborate with teams to develop project plans, schedules, and
budgets
Provide expert advice on project management practices and mentor
junior team members
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction
Management, or a related field
7+ years of project management experience, preferably in commercial
real estate or construction
Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is preferred
Strong knowledge of project management software and tools
Flexibility to work part-time hours as agreed upon
