Job Description:
A company is looking for a C-Corp Provision Manager
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review quarterly and annual income tax provisions in
accordance with ASC 740
Prepare federal and state C-Corp income tax returns and work-paper
support
Conduct tax research and assist with planning and special
projects
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate and/or Big-4 public
accounting
Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred/MST desirable
Willingness to travel to local client sites
Experience with Microsoft Excel and corporate tax return
preparation software
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under
deadlines
