A company is looking for a Research Operations & Enablement
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Streamline research operations by developing scalable workflows for
participant recruiting and project tracking
Oversee the research tooling stack to ensure effective maintenance
and optimization
Partner with researchers to provide operational support and
maintain high operational standards
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in research operations, program management,
or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
Expertise in participant recruitment and managing participant
databases with privacy compliance
Strong process optimization skills with experience in developing
efficient workflows and documentation
Familiarity with research tools and vendor management
experience
Excellent organizational skills to work cross-functionally with
various teams
