Home to Colorado State University! Facility: A 300-bed regional medical center offering a wide array of treatments, surgeries, and diagnostic tests in more than three dozen medical specialties. Opportunity:

• Looking for a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician to fill their need!
• Rehab/ECF facility: Monday to Sunday 7a-5p
• Call Schedule: must be available for phone calls 5p-7a
• Percentage of Practice: Adult Inpatient - 100%
• PM&R: Sports/Ortho - 33%; CNS Rehab - 50%; Medical Rehab - 17%
• Average number of patients per day: 14
• Number of Physicians in a group: 7 PMR physicians
• Locum tenens physician required to supervise other healthcare providers: No
• Other PM&Rs be present during our locum tenens coverage: No

  • X-ray onsite: YES

  • Documentation/EMR System: Epic (Hospital) Hospital Services:
    • Total number of beds: 300
    • Trauma level 3
    • Referral/transfer protocol: Affiliated hospitals transfer from 13 miles and 28 miles are most common
    • Required Scope of Practice: Sub-acute (Rehab facility) Compensation: Competitive weekly pay and malpractice included.
