A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to
join their team remotely in North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities
Provide personalized attention and exceptional care to
passengers
Manage a variety of tasks with increasing complexity as skills
progress
Required Qualifications
Must currently reside in North Carolina
1 year of Call Center experience
6 months of Customer Service experience
Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational
skills
High-speed Internet access with specified minimum speeds and a
distraction-free home environment
