Key Responsibilities
Conducts searches and develops recruiting strategies to attract
qualified healthcare candidates
Maintains candidate databases and facilitates the onboarding
process
Coaches clinicians for career development and evaluates client
satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or High School Diploma with 4+
years of relevant experience
Minimum of three years of travel healthcare recruiting
experience
Preferred experience includes five or more years in travel
healthcare recruiting
Knowledge of current recruiting practices and compliance with
federal and state laws
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various recruiting software
