Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Service Specialist, Cardiac
Rhythm Management (Night Shift).
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze data from Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices
and communicate results to facilities
Provide technical support and accurate information to customers
regarding cardiac devices
Document customer interactions and complaints for tracking and
reporting purposes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in
lieu of experience
Experience with interpreting diagnostics and troubleshooting
cardiac devices
Knowledge of FDA/GMP/MDR device regulations
Remote monitoring experience with Carelink and/or Carelink Express
is a plus
