Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, regulatory
compliance, risk management, and business operations
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, grants, and agreements
Support business transactions and ensure compliance with applicable
laws
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor from an accredited institution and member in good
standing of the D.C. bar or a state bar
Minimum of 5 years' experience in legal practice, preferably with
for-profit and nonprofit matters
Proficiency in contract negotiation and regulatory compliance
Strong project and client management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
