Job Description:
A company is looking for a Paralegal (Remote in North
Carolina).
Key Responsibilities
Review customer legal documents and related questions to understand
their legal needs
Draft written reviews of legal documents highlighting errors,
risks, and obligations
Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues across
multiple jurisdictions
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of practical experience as a paralegal
An associate degree or a certificate in paralegal studies (a
bachelor's degree in a related field may be acceptable)
Experience working in a law firm is a plus
Familiarity with automation software and Salesforce for case
management is advantageous
Strong research skills with the ability to interpret and apply
legal principles
