Job Description:

A company is looking for a Connected Flow Transformation Leader to drive continuous improvement in the Supply Chain division.



Key Responsibilities

Foster a culture of Lean and assist in developing strategic roadmaps across Materials, Sourcing, and Part Families
Experiment and standardize processes to achieve future state objectives for Sites and Central Functional teams
Train and communicate with stakeholders while escalating issues for decision-making and progress communication


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration from an accredited university or college
At least 4 years of experience in leading supply chain and materials teams driving lean culture and operational transformation
At least 8 years of experience in leading supply chain and materials teams is preferred
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of materials management practices using lean tools and methodology
Experience in driving outcomes in large, matrixed organizations
