Job Description:
A company is looking for a Re-Entry Representative to support
former students in their transition back into educational
programs.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and address student inquiries, issues, and concerns to
ensure satisfaction
Identify eligible students for re-entry and coordinate necessary
paperwork
Guide students through the appeals process and connect them with
financial resources
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
1+ years of customer service or hospitality-related experience
preferred
2-4 years of experience in admissions, academic advising, or a
student-facing role preferred
Basic computer skills to navigate required technology
Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment
