Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Counseling Supervisor to oversee
loan counseling functions and manage a call center team.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor team productivity and ensure compliance with
regulations
Hire, train, and coach team members while managing performance
Handle escalated calls and communicate with other departments to
resolve issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in finance or
related field preferred
Minimum six years of mortgage default and loan counseling
experience
At least five years of supervisory experience in a financial
services call center
Strong knowledge of mortgage loan documents and regulatory
requirements
Spanish bilingual preferred
