A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment processes and enhance talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Participate actively in all Talent Acquisition activities
Contribute to process improvements and share knowledge within the team
Engage in headhunting and networking to attract top talent

Required Qualifications

Higher Education
Previous experience in recruiting or similar roles
Experience in headhunting is a bonus
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
Passion for recruitment and the human resources field
