A company is looking for a Talent Sourcing Strategist to execute
sourcing strategies and build a recruitment pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Execute sourcing strategies focused on passively sourcing
candidates
Collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition to refine
sourcing strategies
Manage expectations with hiring managers and educate them on market
trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience, or a
master's degree with one year of experience
Expertise in common sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and
Indeed
Ability to leverage data and create data visualizations
PHR or SHRM certifications are encouraged
