Crimson Circle, a leader in producing spiritual educational content, is seeking a full-time Assitant Video Producer & Editor passionate about high-quality video production and interested in shooting, editing and webcasting content that empowers and inspires others. This role requires someone with 5+ years of experience in studio-based video production, live webcasting, video editing, and media management. You'll collaborate with our team to produce high-quality spiritual content for global distribution. The in-person component takes place at our production studio in Louisville, Colorado (Boulder area) Crimson Circle (crimsoncircle.com) produces spiritual educational content. Candidates must be comfortable working with non-denominational, spiritually-centered content in a non-judgmental and open-minded manner. Responsibilities : Pre-Production: Assist with or manage Plan and schedule productions, securing necessary crew, and equipment. Prepare studio for video recording. Edit and prepare any pre-recorded content. Production : Assist with or manage Oversee studio and live event productions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Operate PTZ cameras or mix live audio and cue pre-recorded media. Execute and monitor live streaming and recording to ensure clear and professional audio and video quality. Post-Production : Assist with or manage Create graphics, edit and color correct videos. Perform sound editing, and audio mixing. Deliver content in final formats while maintaining high production standards. Additional Tasks : Assist with or manage Edit intros, recaps, trailers and other promotional materials. Studio lighting, stage dressing, projections, and other technical tasks as needed. Operate and maintain production studio and video equipment. Troubleshoot production issues on the spot and ensure smooth execution. Professional Requirements : 5+ years of experience in: Multi-camera studio production Remote camera (PTZ) operation Live audio production and audio editing Studio lighting and stage dressing Live streaming and webcasting in a studio setting Proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Apple Final Cut Pro Adobe Media Encoder and/or Apple Compressor Preferred Experience (not required): Knowledge or interest in AI-generated video content Experience with live presentation software (e.g., ProPresenter) Familiarity with streaming platforms like Vimeo Proficiency with OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) Soft Skills : Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities Emotional maturity and stability Effective communication and feedback skills Problem-solving and troubleshooting under pressure Adaptability and flexibility Self-management and time management skills Creativity and an eye for detail Strong organizational skills Additional Details : Location : This is a hybrid role with remote work in your home office, in-person work at our studio in Louisville, Colorado, and occasional work at our Kona, Hawaii facility. Salary : $55K - $75K (commensurate with experience), plus regular bonuses and additional benefits. Work hours : Some nights and weekends will be required for live event productions.
