Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Systems Engineer to help
build and scale their Salesforce CRM and related systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement complex, scalable solutions within the
Salesforce ecosystem
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems align
with business goals
Establish and maintain coding standards, QA processes, and
governance frameworks
Required Qualifications
Over 3 years of experience in Salesforce development and
architecture
Strong skills in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise
systems using APIs
Experience in setting and executing strategic technical visions for
Salesforce implementations
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Salesforce DevOps
practices
Certifications such as Salesforce Developer I & II, System
Architect, or Technical Architect are a plus
