Job Description:

A company is looking for a Claims Examiner responsible for handling property damage or liability claims.
Key Responsibilities

Investigates, evaluates, and resolves claims while maintaining relationships with various stakeholders
Reviews policies, claims, and related reports to determine coverage and amounts owed
Prepares and issues claim payment or denial letters and manages correspondence with involved parties

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of property & casualty claims experience
Appropriate state adjuster license and continuing education credits
Ability to use Claims systems (PTS/IDMI) and follow all policies and procedures
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
