Job Description:
A company is looking for a National Onboarding Coordinator to
manage the onboarding process for new clients.
Key Responsibilities
Support the onboarding of new clients by collecting necessary
information and documentation
Proactively reach out to clients to schedule account setup calls
and ensure engagement
Collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer needs and identify
process improvements
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a client-facing role in the financial or
retirement industry
Working knowledge of the 401(k) product; experience in 401(k)
implementation/onboarding is a plus
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth software company
Ability to manage multiple plans and contribute to team
objectives
Proficiency in applications such as Zoom, Gmail, and
Microsoft/Google Workspace is appreciated
