A company is looking for a Bachelor of Science Early Childhood
Studies - Faculty.
Key Responsibilities
Assist students with questions and challenges in demonstrating
proficiency in competencies
Engage with students through regular academic interactions and
maintain documentation of engagement
Ensure curriculum quality and recommend updates to course materials
as necessary
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Earned degree in the field of study or closely related field;
Doctorate preferred, Master's required
Minimum of three years of teaching experience at the degree level
preferred
Experience with distance education and competency-based education
strongly preferred
Commitment to student-centered learning and addressing diverse
student needs
Significant record of intellectual and professional contributions
to the field of study
