Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Specialist to support client
growth and operations through various tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service and operational support for clients
Assist with sales, marketing, and client onboarding tasks
Document client interactions and collaborate with team members on
knowledgebase articles
Required Qualifications
Experience working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
Familiarity with CRM systems and AI tools is a plus
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work ethic
Quiet, distraction-free home workspace with a reliable internet
connection
Fluency in oral and written English; a second language is a
plus
