Job Description:

A company is looking for a Brokerage Service Associate to support clients in an inbound call center environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service and support to retail customers while explaining retirement concepts
Manage service requests including account opening, asset movement, and facilitating trades
Assist clients with trading various securities and deliver a responsive client experience

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required
2+ years of financial customer service experience
Experience trading in equities, fixed income, and options
FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 required, along with FINRA fingerprinting
