A company is looking for a Recovery Resolution
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Develop knowledge of legal liability, state statutes, and auto
physical damage guidelines
Analyze and negotiate auto damage appraisals and comparative
liability
Provide exceptional customer service and manage claim resolution
documentation
Required Qualifications
Basic understanding of insurance principles and terminology
High school diploma (or equivalent) with at least six months to one
year of related experience preferred
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
Ability to plan and organize work effectively
Experience in maintaining communication with customers
