Job Description:
!JOB SUMMARY:
Must be able to conduct proper pre/post trip inspections. Also able
to rig-up/down high and low pressure blending equipment. Must be
able to perform basic maintenance on trucks, pumping equipment,
frac iron and hoses. Drive various pieces of heavy equipment,
operate a forklift and maintain all DOT and inspection paperwork.
Work safely in a team environment, and keep work equipment and
trucks clean and neat at all times. Communicate with customers and
engineer to provide a high level of safety, service quality, and
team atmosphere.
PHYSICAL AND WORK CONDITIONS:
Outdoors, in all weather conditions, i.e., hot, cold, dust, dirt,
noise, rain and snow.
Frequent climbing, i.e. ladders, stairs, and rough terrain.
Frequent lifting, i.e. 75lbs.
Frequent bending, lifting and standing.
Able to work more than 40 hours in any given week.
Must have on all proper PPE when performing work.
ESSENTIAL TASKS:
Daily start-up: Responsible for having equipment ready to pump on
time.
Ensure crew has inspected all equipment prior to start-up.
Complete pre-job testing and mass balance
Communicate with customer and third party vendors.
Must have all chemicals, water, and sand accounted for and ready to
pump.
During Frac Operations:
Expected to train and mentor equipment operators.
Safely coordinate all aspects of pumping.
Communicate with customer and maintain highest level of service
quality.
Make effective real-time decisions.
Between Stages:
Complete and communicate post-job report.
Ensure all equipment is being maintained and ready to pump next
stage.
Re-load and inventory chemicals, sand, and water.
Check mass balance and re-calibrate equipment if necessary.
Ensure mass balance is within 3%.
?End of shift:
Walk site to ensure that all equipment is properly shut-down and
turned off.
Ensure all chemicals are safely cleaned up, accounted for and
secure.
Assist in housekeeping before leaving location.
Communicate any issues to frac manager.
JOB TITLE: SERVICE SUPERVISOR I
Shop days:
Ensure that all equipment maintenance is being completed.
Prepare crew, equipment and location for next job.
Communicate with customer and third party vendors effectively.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
? Maintain class A CDL with HAZMAT.
? Proper frac manifolding and blending experience.
? Ability to communicate and comprehend the efforts of others.
? Ability to think and act quickly.
? Ability to work in team environment.
? Position must be available.
Work Schedule: 2 Weeks on and 1 week Off. Wednesday-Tuesday
