Responsibilities:

--- Adhere to manufacturer specifications to maintain vehicle systems and ensure customer satisfaction
--- Operate diagnostic equipment to accurately determine the cause of malfunction codes with the vehicle's integrated computer system
--- Apply a methodical approach to ensure accurate and thorough testing and inspection results with attention to detail
--- Utilize Shop Management Software and online systems for workflow, testing results documentation, vehicle information, and technical specifications
--- Communicate with Advisors regarding cause and correction of customers' concerns and additional relevant needs of the vehicle

Qualifications:

--- High school diploma or GED is required
--- ASE certification or comparable standard service technician credential, such as SAE, is attractive
--- Good communication skills with peers
--- Training in automotive technology education. A Certificate or Degree is desirable
--- 5+ years of automotive technician experience
--- ASE Master Technician Certification is preferred (will be required within 6 months)
--- ASE L1 is a bonus
--- Strong diagnostic abilities
--- Strong customer service and communications skills
--- Comfortable working with most makes/models
--- Skills to flag 40+ hours per week
--- Must personally own mechanical tools
--- Focus on Quality Workmanship and accuracy
--- Collaborative
--- Zero tolerance for unethical practices
