Job Description:

A company is looking for a Business Systems Consultant (Remote).
Key Responsibilities

Provides application software configuration services or technical support for incentive plan implementations
Develops program logic for new incentive plan implementations and modifies existing logic
Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements, and maintains incentive plan processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in Information Technology OR High School Diploma or GED and 14 years of experience in Information Technology
Extensive experience in development and support of SAP Incentive Management solutions or comparable software
Proficiency in SQL for custom data solutions
Ability to create custom reporting in Crystal
Working knowledge of SAP Analytics reporting solution
