Job Description:
A company is looking for an HRIS Systems Sr. Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve tickets related to data validation, reporting requests, and
process issues within specified Service Level Agreements
Support tactical configuration and data management across global HR
platforms
Ensure data integrity and compliance while providing training and
support to People teams
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday and ticketing systems
like ServiceNow
Experience working in a global model across time zones
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
