*Compensation and benefits:*
* Salary: $75,000 - $95,000/year + signing bonus
* Monthly productivity bonus up to $750 ($9,000/year)

*Requirements:*
* Master's degree in ABA or related field
* BCBA - Certification

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Deliver exceptional clinical programming
* Provide high-quality supervision to RBT team
* Conduct program reviews and maintain documentation
* Facilitate parent training and meetings
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
* Support RBT skill development
