Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Outbound Sales Development
Representative (Enterprise).
Key Responsibilities
Research, identify, and engage high-value districts using a
customized, account-based approach
Design and execute tailored outreach strategies based on knowledge
of district hierarchies and decision-making processes
Engage senior district leadership with compelling messaging that
articulates ROI and aligns solutions with educational goals
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience as an Outbound SDR or in a similar role
Familiarity with the K12 education industry and its funding models
is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
team-oriented environment
Experience with CRM systems and outbound prospecting tools
Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or
exceeding targets
