Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Process Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Support sales order entry, tracking, quoting, and other related
requests
Respond to customer and salesperson inquiries via a group mailbox
and assist with calls as needed
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to address issues and
facilitate communication
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of experience in
sales coordination or administrative support, or a BS/BA degree
with relevant experience
Strong understanding of general business concepts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP)
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
