Job Description:
A company is looking for a First Party Collection Agent to
manage outstanding balances and resolve disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze distributor invoices to identify and understand
deductions
Validate deductions by reviewing supporting documentation for
accuracy
Resolve disputes by contacting distributors and providing evidence
for invalid deductions
Required Qualifications:
Experience with financial analysis and data management tools,
preferably SAP and Excel
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and resolve
discrepancies
Proven time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet
deadlines
Ability to collaborate effectively with finance, sales, and
customer service teams
Proactive approach to ownership of deduction issues and driving
resolutions
