Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Research Administration (Grants & Contracts) for the Center for Nursing Research.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the lifecycle of sponsored program administration, including funding source identification, proposal preparation, and post-award management
Manage and supervise the Center for Nursing Research team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
Implement improvements to enhance the college's research enterprise and facilitate communication between faculty and funding agencies

Required Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and six years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Master's degree is highly preferred; ACOR Certification and Education Series (ACES) or Certified Research Administrator is also preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and experience with pre-award and post-award processes
Experience with Grants.gov and Cayuse, as well as familiarity with various granting agencies and sponsors
Preferred experience with SIMBA and SIMS software
