Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of CoRe Product to lead
product strategy, development, and optimization for commercial and
retail deposit and lending products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap and identify
market trends
Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle and collaborate with
cross-functional teams
Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and manage
product-related risks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
(MBA preferred)
8-10 years of product management experience in banking or financial
services
Minimum of 3-5 years of people leadership experience
Strong knowledge of commercial and consumer banking products
Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies aligned
with organizational goals
