Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Funding Manager,
Wholesale.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a team to ensure timely fundings and adherence
to company standards
Monitor workflow and staffing levels to optimize service level
agreements and identify improvement opportunities
Act as a liaison to resolve issues related to loan conditions,
funding discrepancies, and customer service
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in mortgage origination operations
3+ years of experience in loan closing and funding functions
Previous management experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of RESPA regulations and the mortgage origination process
in wholesale lending
