Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Customer Service
Trainee.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving, investigating, and resolving customer inquiries in a
timely manner
Handling customer service inquiries via telephone and other
communication channels
Documenting all customer communications clearly
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of experience in a customer service support role is
required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment
Must be able to pass required testing and adhere to attendance and
schedule requirements
